Delivery times
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed on working days before 12:00 on the same day. However, we do not always succeed in complying with this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer.
In general, we try to deliver within 72 hours of receiving your order. If for some reason we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The mentioned prices are incl. VAT but excluding shipping costs.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs are:
Are graduated depending on the total order amount.
E.g.
For the Netherlands: 6.95 Euro, for orders over 150 Euro you pay no shipping costs!
For Belgium: 9 Euro, for orders over 150 Euro Euro you pay 4 Euro shipping!
etc. etc. Costs for your country will be shown automatically
Maximum the then applicable standard shipping costs of the used transport company such as Post NL, DHL, etc.
The final shipping costs depend on the total order amount and will be visible in the shopping cart / payment process before you place your order.
Delivery takes place via the postman or parcel deliverer from Post nl, DHL etc ... Generally, delivery will take place within 3 working days between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery per country
